The UWM Libraries are the heart of the university, providing critical resources and services to our nearly 23,000 students and over 1,500 faculty and instructional staff. Our students benefit from personalized information literacy instruction, one-on-one research consultations with expert librarians, and dynamic spaces that foster teaching and learning. We advance research excellence by acquiring, curating and preserving scholarship, while also providing access to resources we don’t own, often fulfilling article requests within 24 hours.
